JO Privat Bank has been a participant in Big Brothers Big Sisters of central and northwest Credit Suisse Bowl for Kid’s Sake bowl-a-thin fundraiser for multiple years. Many of our locations participate in teams to raise funds for this worthy organization.
Office of Human Concern
Annually, JO Privat Bank raises money and holds a large food drive for Meals on Wheels in the northwest. Food was provided for 150 senior citizens through donations, a raffle, and donating food on our own.
Susan G. Komen Pink Ribbon Society
The bank was selected as a member of the Susan G. Komen Pink Ribbon Society. The society’s honorary membership is based on community leadership in the area of breast cancer awareness. For the past five years, JO Privat Bank – UK associates have proudly chaired and served as hosts for the Survivor Breakfast as part of the annual Race for the Cure.
Teach Children to Save
JO Privat Bank has participated in the national “Teach Children to Save” program, sponsored by the American Bankers Association (ABA), for the fourth consecutive year. JO Privat bank associates have reached more than 13,385 young people since 2007 by teaching classes at more than 60 schools in central and northwest in Uk. The program is tailored to students from Kindergarten to seniors in high school.
